E-Com at the WASA Special Ed Workshop
Since there are no vendor tables at this conference, we've decided to take a different approach and have a hospitality suite (Suite #242). New Districts Using E-Com
August and September are going to be busy months for us here at Portage Bay as we do the installation and training work for 7 new districts that have chosen E-Com as their IEP, Evaluation, and special ed data management solution. In addition to Lakewood, Tonasket, and Warden school districts that we mentioned in the last issue of this newsletter, we'd like to thank Yelm, Mansfield, Manson and Chelan school districts for choosing E-Com as well.

E-Com Tip - Managing Your Student List

In E-Com, you spend much of your time accessing student data from your main staff screen, where your students are all listed.

Your student list can be viewed for easier sorting and reporting by clicking the 'My Students' button on the student list on your staff screen as shown in the image to the right.

This displays an alternate student list (shown below) where you can change the sort order easily by clicking on the column headers (arrange by IEP date, grade, etc...). Then by clicking the 'Report' button, you can easily have a printed list of your students in the desired order.
