SchoolMaster Integration
We're pleased to announce that in addition to offering integration options for WesPAC, Zangle, and PowerSchool, E-Com will soon be able to accept daily automated updates from the SchoolMaster student information system. Olympia Software, publishers of Schoolmaster, will be creating an export format for E-Com that will enable a district to export a pre-defined set of student data for use by E-Com.

New E-Com Features for the 2007-08 School Year
E-Com has just recently gained the ability to create spanish language versions of several forms and we've also recently integrated into E-Com the entire EALR/GLE database from the OSPI. To be available by the beginning of the next school year, we're working on several exciting new features including a revised summary of services matrix that will allow E-Com to determine the LRE code automaticaly.

E-Com Tip - Locking Forms

All forms in E-Com have a 'Locked' checkbox (as seen in the picture to the right).

This checkbox can only be modified by administrative personnel and once checked, the form is no longer editable unless the user has administrative access.

This can allow you to lock a form down once completed or signed off on, so that further changes are not allowed.
