Workflow: Integrating JOBZ! with Existing Systems

This flow chart illustrates using JOBZ! as the sales process tool, and how it interacts easily with any shop system. 

Everybody is on the same page: sales, customer and production. “Everything in writing, without the paperwork.” 

Because JOBZ! uses email to communicate specifications to Estimating, the sales rep’s data can be copied and pasted right into the estimating software screen.
